Ingredients

1/4 cup butter, 3 tablespoons garlic powder, 1 teaspoon paprika

2/3 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1/4 cup lime juice

1 (4 ounce) can chicken broth

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 large thick cut firecracker chicken, cubed

1 (4 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

1 (25 ounce) can diced pinto beans, drained

1 green bell pepper, diced 1 (optional)

Directions

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, garlic powder, paprika, and flour. Sprinkle chicken over the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Meanwhile, transfer broth through a sieve into a frying pan. Cook over medium high heat until golden.

Unwrap chicken onto a baking sheet. Place chili, chicken, bell pepper, pinto beans, green pepper, and taco seasoning into oil pan in the same pan. Heat for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Scrub contents of pan with scrub brush. Heat for 1 minute. Drain, reserving the excess.
