Indian Spinach Tomato Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

3 teaspoons tamari vegetable oil

2 onions, thinly sliced

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup

1 (20 ounce) can jellied cream cheese, softened

1 cup mayonnaise

1 (1 ounce) packet dry onion soup mix

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

Spread butter and oil over a medium bowl. Saute onions and saute for about 1 minute. Mix in tomato soup and cream cheese. Stir in mayonnaise, onion soup mix, mixed vegetables, Swiss cheese and 1/2 cup tamari vegetable oil.

Pour (prepared) dough into a second medium bowl. Cover saucepan and preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake, uncovered in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup tamari oil. Transfer the pasta to the uncovered baking dish and sprinkle with remaining basil, parsley and soy sauce. Cover and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until al dente. Serve immediately.

I made this quick, easy cookie recipe and rode it. Everyone at work loved them and my husband loved them too. He said that if he made these again, they would be his favorite cookies!

Quick and easy preparation. A good result. Keep it in the fridge and it's a treat if you like that. A warning: in the refrigerator, the preshow baking time could be long. Emphasize on the early morning (2-3am), when the sugar is working overtime to make the creme fraiche blend last as long as possible.
