1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, chilled and diced
1 (11 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces strawberries about 3 inches apart
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate (461-E0258)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Puree the cream cheese, puree the cream cheese, and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook over medium high heat until smooth and thickened, stirring occasionally, until thickened - about 6 minutes. Stir in the dry milk and cream, and continue stirring until all ingredients are blended. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick, 3 to 5 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
When gelatin is nearly set, add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in the lemonade, and pour over the pureed mixture. Garnish with 1/4 cup of the lemonade, and serve immediately.
