3 (8 ounce) cans shrimp, drained
1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 cup white sugar
1 (12 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (6 ounce) can diced pineapple
1/2 lime, juiced
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 (4 ounce) cans small shrimp, drained
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 onion, chopped
In a saucepan, combine shrimp, mushrooms, sugar, pineapple juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon zest and lemon zest. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
