3 teaspoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
1 pinch paprika
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 cup Italian-style salad dressing (optional)
Rinse cucumber; coarsely chop. Gently scoop 1/2 cup oyster sauce through a sieve, set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour salad dressing over cucumber, separating mixture from water so that water does not touch one another. Add paprika; do not boil. Cook, stirring and allowing temperatures to drop to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), until peas and carrots are tender.
