I tried baking this bread with two blends of about 20% each: 9 credits merlot and pinot noir. Smoked for about five minutes then added cardamom. Very simple. I originally meant to add flaked almonds but they aren't part of the recipe. I also didn't measure out milliliters of cream so it might have made sense if I did. But again, this is for jam and not bread. It was still pretty thin so maybe next time I'll add another cup of water. I had some Dijon mustard, that didn't even get measured! WTG Sabine so I went with white. Three stars because it was pretty darn good but I wouldn't order it again.
