1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Italian-style salad dressing
2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 carrot, shredded
1 onion, chopped
1 small yellow squash, chopped
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup Swiss cheese, cut into 2-inch cubes
In a medium saucepan, heat Worcestershire sauce and Italian dressing over low heat; whisk together. Remove from heat.
Heat mustard and Worcestershire in small skillet or microwave oven to between 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Dredge lettuce in egg, salt and pepper. Stir pepper into salad mixture. Add additional Old Bay and Worcestershire sauce, if desired. Add tomato paste and carrots and onion; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate. Serve hot or cold.
