1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) can minced clams, drained
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, melt cheese over medium heat, stirring constantly.
In a medium bowl, mix the Cheddar cheese, minced clams, sour cream and garlic. Mix together and mix together. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
