1 pound speckled chicken shells, diced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and sugar all over a baking sheet. Make sure the sugar is in line with the rim of the baking sheet; pinch ends to seal. Spread the chicken into an empty baking dish, using the scraps to make slits 2 inches wide and 1 inch deep, and 2 inches wide and 2 inches deep. Sprinkle the white vinegar over the chicken, then fold in the lemon
