Simple Alternative Homemade Steak Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon dried herbs, or to taste

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup celery seed

1 (1 pound) whole chicken, cut into small pieces

2 onions, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 (12 fluid ounce) can tomato juice

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 (3 ounce) can chicken bouillon, warmed

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 dish shrimp and fish appetizer (cooked/salmon chunks)

1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce

1 large orchard apple

1 (8 ounce) package cremerine cheese, diced

Directions

Combine table salt, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, herbs, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix together, cook in heated 1 1/2 cup water until mixture is thickened.

In a large bowl, mix chicken, onion and garlic. Place half of mixture into patty. Top with half of tuna and cheese. Pour sauce onto patty; cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
