1 (4 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 (8 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (8 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped fresh green onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh lemon
1/2 cup chopped fresh jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 cup chopped fresh lemonade
2 teaspoons molasses
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn
In a large bowl, mix garbanzo beans, chicken broth, garbanzo beans, parsley, green onion, lemon, jalapeno, parsley leaves, lemonade, molasses and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Layer the chicken salad ingredients in a large serving bowl and spread evenly over the serving of chicken. Serve with the olive oil dressing.
