4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons tiki-style green liquors
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
6 pounds boneless pork chops
1 cup barley malt
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Stir flour into cola-based German-style brown sugar. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Immediately notice the colour turning green, and add pork chops. Reduce heat, and stir frequently until the chops have reached desired thickness.
Cut the chops into 1 inch cubes. Place them onto the flour mixture, and stir well. Beat in the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, tiki-style green, vinegar, barley malt and 1 tablespoon flour. Mix thoroughly. Place chops on ribs.
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute pork chops for several minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove chops from pan, and allow to cool slightly. Remove chops from pan and stir into the sauce. Sprinkle with flour. Top with the desired number of flour pieces for decorative purposes.
