1 tablespoon dry Seasoning Mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 tablespoons dried minced clams
2 tablespoons dried parsley
8 chicken breasts
In a medium bowl, mix dry seasoning, baking powder, salt and onion. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Rinse and dry chicken breasts. Remove breasts from marinade and place in separate large baking pans. Brush with remaining seasoning mixture.
Spread marinade mixture over chicken breasts and sprinkle with parsley.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30 minutes and uncovered, uncovered chicken should be cooked through.
