1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
8 slices crisp bacon
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Arrange oats and bacon slices on bottom and sides of prepared pan. Top flat Braunschweiger with blueberries and Swiss cheese. Stir fry and press bacon to get covered so no grease can drip. Pour pan contents over oats and bacon.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 50 minutes. Remove from preheated oven to wire rack to cool. Watch closely. Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Cover the edge of pan with foil to keep warm. Hold wet hands closely to prevent sticking in pan in frost. Serve immediately.
