1 (3 ounce) package ham salad mix
2 (8 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
In a large bowl mix half the marinade ingredients. Transfer the remainder of the marinade mixture to a large mixing bowl and place the ham along side. Mix to coat. Sprinkle the teriyaki and molasses over the ham. Cover and refrigerate approximately 4 hours before serving.
Marinate ham uncovered in the refrigerator at least 7 hours before roasting. In a medium bowl whisk together the marinade mixture, soy sauce and oil. Remove the marinade mixture from refrigerator; return the ham to the refrigerator. Also serve the ham reasonably from smaller pieces.
