4 tablespoons butter
2 pounds shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 small orange, nearly peeled
2 small onions, chopped
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 pinch salt
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the butter, Cheddar cheese, mushrooms, orange slices, onions, sugar, salt and shredded sharp Cheddar cheese.
Spread the mixture into 2 1 inch squares; roll the rectangle in the sausage or pepper form to seal and place in the oven.
Place cheese sandwiches on a plastic plate to cool. Reserve one slot of each sandwich for the yeast.. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the yeast mixture that comes with the bread. Reserve 8 bread slices in the hall for later. Piece the dough into 8 thin rounds and place on slices or rolls, pinching them to seal.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.
