Baked Chicken with Basil and Chocolate Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil

1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano

4 ounces Brie cheese, sliced

1 teaspoon oyster sauce

1/2 teaspoon honey

Directions

Oven broil chicken pieces in a large bowl until golden, about 10 minutes. Remove from broiler and place in a large bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, basil, oregano and Brie cheese. Mix well.

Return chicken breasts to airtight broiler pan and coat with olive oil; continue broiling about 30 minutes more. Remove breasts from oven and sprinkle with oyster sauce, honey and bakery soda. Return chicken to oven.

Broil uncovered about 20 minutes more, until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Remove breasts from oven and sprinkle with oyster sauce, baking soda and lemon zest. Broil about 15 minutes more, or until chicken juices run clear. Serve chicken breasts with baking sauce for dipping.
