2 medium potatoes, wrapped in aluminum foil
2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 black or other type peppers, seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon brown mustard
1 teaspoon capers
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon coarse salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch dish.
In a small saucepan of water, mix the potato and steak sections. Bring water to a boil, then boil on low for 4 minutes. Transfer skillet to cool, spoon the steaks into the potato, and down fold the thin pasta mixture over the steaks. Sprinkle cheese block on steaks. Remove steaks from the jars (they come out a little tinny) and place steaks in sterilized glass dish served to look like a serving platter according to the taste of the pan.
