4 grams Titan Steak Silver Cheese Blade
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
Rinse steak in multiple small batches of cold water. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of liquid in the large baste strainer. In a small medium bowl, mix remaining 1/4 cup liquid with vegetable oil. Season with Worcestershire, garlic, onion, basil, pepper, rosemary, oregano, sage or rosemary. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a small heavy skillet, and add steaks. Mix until evenly coated with bread crumbs. Stir in bacon bits and salt and pepper seasoning. Cook steak over medium heat about 4 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness. Sprinkle steaks with desired dressing mixture. Roll up each steak one dime lengthwise and cut off the top.
Return steak to all steaks in pan. Grill steaks about 4 minutes on each side, or until internal side of steaks are golden brown.
