1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil, divided
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon blue extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
In a medium bowl, stir together soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt and blue extract. Beat well and stir in vanilla extract and orange zest. Pour into a large serving dish.
