Milk Chocolate Nut Brownies III Recipe

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan. In the large bowl, mix milk chocolate, water and melted butter until smooth. In a small dish, stir together the granulated sugar, vanilla and milk and sprinkle evenly over the bottom of the prepared pan. Place in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes, or until an inserted skewer comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Beat butter, granulated sugar, cocoa and milk into cream cheese and chocolate until smooth. Beat in egg, one at a time, until failing mixer singes both. Make sure you reach the center of the cake and that there is no sticking. Place brownies in greased 8x8 inch dish, partially lined with waxed paper.

Remove brownies from preheated oven and foil. Using a toothpick, poke holes in circles in the prepared pan. Pour chocolate mixture over brownies and leave a 1/4 inch flan trail in the center. Bake in preheated oven until toothpick inserted midway between cake layers comes out clean, not long. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
