1 pound ground steak
1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (4 ounce) can sliced green tomatoes
1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (6 ounce) can black olives, drained
2 (3 ounce) cans sliced red chile peppers
1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
1 (2.25 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers, drained
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and drain off the grease.
Melt tomato sauce in a medium saucepan. Stir tomato sauce into beef. Bring to a slow to medium boil. Cover, and simmer for 3 minutes.
Stir in sliced green tomatoes, mushrooms, browning sauce, olives, chiles, pepper and taco sauce. Heat to a temperature of approximately 120 to 130 degrees F (70 to 80 degrees C), or until a large amount of liquid has been poured into a small pot or bowl.
