1 cup corn syrup
2 (4 ounce) cans chicken of the woods
1 (4 ounce) can chicken bouillon
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large glass or metal bowl, mix corn syrup, chicken, bouillon, wine and sugar, stirring. Pour wine into bowl and stir to distribute. Pour over chicken mixture and marinate in refrigerator. Refrigerate five hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place coated chicken pieces and bouillon cubes in a roasting pan. Bake in preheated oven preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve chilled or cold.
