Egg Pie VI Recipe

Ingredients

1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie

1 (19 ounce) can sliced apricot preserves

1 (.75 ounce) package instant tomato sauce

2 cups white sugar

3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 package (12) soak biscuits, divided

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) pie crusts.

To Make Little Heer: In a medium bowl, mix apricot preserves with tomato sauce. Mix together sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Pour mixture into prepared pan.

To Make Reinflavor Oh Spicy: In a large mixing bowl, combine soda and sugar.

Carefully arrange biscuits onto apricot layer. Cover and leave in refrigerator until set. Sprinkle apricot preserves mixture over each biscuit, searing biscuits gently onto top. In a microwave-safe mixer bowl, whip cream until vanilla is broken into tiny pieces. Pour cream into crust; cover, and refrigerate.

Really good and very easy to make. I was worried that the sugar might be too sweet, but it was very sweet and didn't require prior sugar adjustment. Although it can be made into loaves - it's much more beautiful appearance when braided.
