4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
1 (6 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
2 tablespoons dried basil
3 pounds fresh mushrooms
5 tablespoons olive oil
In a large bowl, mix together the oil, garlic powder, ginger, garlic, mustard, green chiles, mushrooms and olive oil until well blended. Mix well and refrigerate.
