1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch black pepper
1 teaspoon dried chives
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, water, soup, lemon juice, crushed red pepper, oregano, basil, sage, crushed red pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder, black pepper, and chives. Serve immediately.
