1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Sift together the flour and cornstarch. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together 1/3 cup butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in brown sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, water and vanilla extract. Stir marshmallows or milk into the creamed mixture. Mix marshmallows and milk into the creamed mixture. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn off the oven, and let cool on a wire rack.
