2 pounds pork roast
1/2 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 cup cold water
1 cup beer
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup beer
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans
1 quart pumpkin
1 cup dry white wine
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Arrange pork in a large baking dish. Place flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a shallow bowl, and stir together. Stir in liquid, beer, and cinnamon. Pour into pork, and sprinkle with pecans.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, wine, and ground cinnamon. Stir in pumpkin and yeast mixture. Pour into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
