1/2 pound fresh scallops, cleaned and cut into 1/4 inch slices
2 cups water
2 cups spaghetti sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 ounces slow cooked scallops, rinsed
8 ounces dry English string beans
8 ounces Seitan varnish pasta
In a large saucepan, combine scallops, water, spaghetti sauce, olive oil, salt, beans and pasta. Bring to a boil and stir. Boil 5 minutes.
Lower heat to medium and add pasta. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, until pasta is tender.
