Coconut Cream Pie VIII Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.5 ounce) package white cake mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream cheese frosting mix

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cherry pie crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake cake mix, pudding mix and cream cheese mixture in the microwave for 10 minutes on the microwave setting. Unroll and fill pie crusts.

Cool slightly, but do not boil. Cool completely.

Frost pie crusts using whipped cream and decorate with chocolate cherry. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate cherry before serving.
