1 (1 ounce) square hamburger baster
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chile sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Italian-style seasoning
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
Prepare baster as directed on package. Turn baster to coat. Brush steak with Worcestershire sauce. Fill steaks with Italian seasoning. Top steaks with mushrooms. Serve steaks with tomato paste.
