1 cup butter, softened
1 (1 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
1 (1 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (19 ounce) package chocolate-chip cookie dough mix
6 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans. Stir together the butter and lemon gelatin in 1/2 cup of the lemon gelatin; stir until smooth. Stir in the pudding mix and instant pudding. Add the brownie mix; beat well. Spread mixture onto the prepared pans. Place the white chocolate layer onto top of the brownie layer. Spread the remaining brownie layer over the chocolate layer.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out sticky. Cool completely and frost with chocolate frosting.
