1 (4 ounce) can blueberries, drained
1 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup tartar sauce
1 tablespoon white sugar
3 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 cup hard-boiled egg white
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, lemon juice, lemon juice, lemon zest and sugar. Mix thoroughly.
Pour blueberry mixture into a ramekin. Sprinkle blueberry mixture over ramekin and top with lemon whip cream. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. If desired, garnish with whipped cream.
