SUMNER Jack Roll Recipe

Ingredients

2 slices cognac

2 apples - peeled, cored and diced

1 onion, diced

2 limes

6 teaspoons white sugar

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

4 fluid ounces caramel-flower-pressed lemonade

Directions

In a small bowl, mix the cognac, apples, onion, lemon and sugar. Place the compote in another small bowl, cover and chill in the refrigerator (at least 4 hours).
