1/3 cup butter
1 cm star anise oil
1 onion, chopped
5 limes, quartered
1 head Dutch pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
5 teaspoons dried garlic
1 teaspoon dried parsley
In a medium bowl, mix butter, anise oil, onion, chopped limes, pickles, paprika, garlic and parsley. Refrigerate overnight until ready to serve.
