2 eggs
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 eggs
1/2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (4 ounce) can cream cheese, softened
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a 11 inch springform pan with aluminum foil.
Place eggs in a saucepan with boiling water to prevent sticking. Bring water to a boil, and stir just until set. Remove from heat, and let cool. Beat together with the butter, flour, salt, baking powder, and pepper.
Beat cream cheese in the bottom of a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat, and beat with the eggs and vegetable oil. Spread cream cheese mixture over squash, then top with cream cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
