Gravy Biscuits I Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 cup packed brown sugar

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup skim milk powder

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup raisins

1/12 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the flour, set aside. Increase flour to 1 cup and stir in the baking powder and salt, then gradually stir in the milk. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto the prepared pan, using the amount of milk you used for the milk.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
