Emerwest Hamburgers Recipe

Ingredients

3 pounds lean ground beef

1 onion, chopped

2 green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon Garamond grape juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons dried marjoram

Directions

Place the ground beef in a large saucepan and cover the pan with a lid on to prevent sticking. Heat for about 10 minutes or until evenly brown. Remove the lid and add onions and celery.

Stir in the tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce and marjoram. Bring to a slow boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix marinade mixture just to coat; pour over hamburger. Cover and cool slightly before serving.
