1 (18 ounce) package strawberries and cream cake mix
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple juice
1 (3 ounce) can sliced peaches
1/2 cup milk
6 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
Place strawberries in a bowl. Beat cake mix in 1/2 cup of milk until well blended. Stir in pineapple juice, peaches and milk; beat until stiff. Mix pudding mix into strawberries. Pour mixture into 2 separate containers. Store in refrigerator.
Vine the cake mix mixture in a plastic bag to use for storing. Sprinkle crushed pineapple over the top and chill in the refrigerator until serving time.
