1 (16 ounce) package Zucchini and Ham Recipe
1 teaspoon dried mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can heavy whipping cream
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
Deflate the zucchini and pull out stems once dry. Place them in a bowl and toss; drain and place stems in medium bowl.
Place ham in the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish. Spread the marinated zucchini over the top of the ham. Sprinkle with mustard, garlic powder, oregano and basil and mix together. Layer the mushrooms over the zucchini, then spread the heavy whipping cream over the mixture. Serve the dinner roll on a platter along with the olive oil and wine.
