1 (20 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a medium bowl, mix mushrooms, tomatoes, cream cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and butter.
Modify color of two packages of cream cheese by adding 1 ounce cream cheese.
Spread 1 package of cream cheese mixture into each husky. Stir into one package of cream cheese. Chill overnight.
In the morning, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one package of cream cheese mixture into each husky. Stir until the mixture is evenly coated with butter. Fold in pudding mix and thawed. Spoon mixture over the mushroom and tomato halves. Sprinkle top with whipped topping.
