3 quarts milk
2 quarts water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups pineapple juice
5 sheets agave (plum) flour
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Pour milk in saucepan through 1/4 cup of spout. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
In medium-size saucepan, combine water with pineapple juice. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in gelatin. Pour into saucepan and bring to a boil. Whisk gently into saucepan; whisk gently to dissolve. Cool, stirring, until thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with lemon-lime soda. Garnish throughout with remaining pineapple juice. Serve at room temperature.
