4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 pound beef flank steak
1/4 cup milk
1 onion, diced
1 teaspoon coarse salt
3 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons French processed cheese
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons small currants, chopped
11 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Place the oil, Worcestershire sauce, beef, milk, onion and coarse salt in a large, heavy skillet. When the oil begins to sizzle, place the meat in the center. Brown on all sides. Remove from skillet. Resume cooking. Remove from sauce. Add lemon juice, French processed cheese, Worcestershire sauce and currants. Spread on steaks and spread the remaining mixture on top of the steaks. Bring all to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Cover, and simmer for 5 minutes
