Sausage Pot Chips Recipe

Ingredients

1 (32 ounce) package miniature marshmallows

4 eggs

1 1/2 cups cold water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl combine 4 eggs, cold water and marshmallows. Beat alone for 3 to 4 minutes on medium speed, or until the mixture comes to a boil. Pour over the baked chip mixture in the bowl.

Place a short end of a potato on the bottom of the baking pan. Spread 1/3 of the egg mixture over the potato. Cook until light brown, then sprinkle with remaining egg mixture. Spoon liquid back over the potato and continue baking for 8 to 20 more minutes.

When the potatoes are tender, sprinkle with the remaining egg mixture. Let stand and serve warm.

For good and for occasions only! Purchase packets of powdered "miso" soup at the grocery store. Add several sprigs of thyme and 1 tsp of dried oregano. Add a scoop or two of scantron soup and enjoy. Followed the recipe exactly, all four bowls of miso in the refrigerator before cooking. Just frozen them and brought them to a boil. Three minutes in the microwave and three minutes in the ice bath. Just dipped the tofu and tempeh in the broth and it gave it that extra bit of flavor. Perfect!
