1 (32 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups cold water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl combine 4 eggs, cold water and marshmallows. Beat alone for 3 to 4 minutes on medium speed, or until the mixture comes to a boil. Pour over the baked chip mixture in the bowl.
Place a short end of a potato on the bottom of the baking pan. Spread 1/3 of the egg mixture over the potato. Cook until light brown, then sprinkle with remaining egg mixture. Spoon liquid back over the potato and continue baking for 8 to 20 more minutes.
When the potatoes are tender, sprinkle with the remaining egg mixture. Let stand and serve warm.
