Stiff Beer Filled Mozzarella Dip Recipe

Ingredients

12 ounces feta cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

3/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes

1 pinch red pepper oil

Directions

In a medium bowl, beat the feta cheese, mayonnaise, peppermint and salt. Fold well. Refrigerate refrigerator until serving. This recipe was fantastic. I did half white sugar and half brown sugar for color and used half and half instead of milk. It got rave reviews.
