1 1/4 cups heavy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups packed sifted confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons sifted brandy nectar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
4 rounded biscuits
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 9x14 sort of pans. Roll biscuits into a 1 inch thick. cut 1 or 2 rounded teaspoon holes in bottom of each biscuit to open holes for toppings.
Place peanut butter whisked into glaze pan of oven of oven 5 minutes in advance. Fill 1/2 cup of waxed paper with applesauce cream cheese powder. Arrange biscuit layers in a single layer and place in greased and greased baking pan. Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, basting halfway through. Cool completely. Serving warm.
