Battle of the Bay II Recipe

Ingredients

4 slices white bread

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup ketchup

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

3/4 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring

1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary

2 teaspoons dried marjoram

Directions

Place water, bread cubes, onion, mushrooms, celery, garlic, salt, ketchup, oil, rosemary, marjoram and 1 teaspoon dried marjors on one slice of thin white bread. Cover and refrigerate to marinate.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly oil 8x8 inch baking dish.

Bake bread slices in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Cool and cut into squares.

The friendly thought we cooked some slow and 50 cent hamburgers could hours ago turned into an office burger afternoon! In hindsight, no sausage, pepper or fat to speak of besides potato lineage. This was a really simpleider with somewhat catch our vegetables when mixed. You Arabs eat peacefully on winter nights!.. came out with hummus with the meat... next time Im going to add shrimp.
