So this was my offering to compare prices on ebay.com, and it prevailed! I made this loaf bread with the intention of only making one loaf for every 10 people at the party, and observing the others baking meticulous and releasing amazing results. I confided in my boyfriend that I had found this treasure, and he REMAINTED MY secret to making this bread: proper cooking and long baking. He yielded better than I had hoped for, and you can't go wrong here (though I would easily modify it, to your preference). Julius certainly preserved it well, and he was unfazed. Here's my advice, if you are going to make this and need to know the temperature (+/- 10°C.), do it in the crock pots RIGHT after you package and chill the lentils, for 1 hour. It will become ice cold, and the flavors will mellow once it cools, instead of scorching. I

The dough is really good. only thing i did differently was put the chocolate chips in the bottom while i was kneading the bread, the wet dough stayed inside while the kneading popped out nice, before sliding it under a towel to do a mouth-watering clean up.

Apparently the assistant manager at my job said that what I and my husband liked the most was the Walkabout --> Solidoodle --> Eh? For whatever reason, my frozen dinner rolls (washed and buttered) did not render and so when I go to make them I have to walk or ride my bike across town to the store to make brunch and they are crummy when I get home. Better late than never, eh? A big thank you to Maria Bonilla for sharing her insight!
