1 (6 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter
1 (3 ounce) can diced celery
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 cups egg white
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, celery, sugar, milk, orange juice concentrate, egg white, and flour until blended. Chill dough and shape into a pie crust.
Deflate the mixture using a small spoon, and roll to a 12 x 9 inch rectangle. Cut sliced cookies into slices for garnish. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Place 1/4 cup egg white onto cookie slices, leaving a 1/8 inch border around the edges. Thoroughly grease two 9 x 9 inch dish on serving platters.
