1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder , or to taste
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/2 onion, diced
1 cup chopped red onion
1 cup packed brown sugar
9 ounces enchilada sauce
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro

Preheat oven broiler.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat together flour, baking powder, baking soda, baking powder and baking soda until well blended. Stir in cream cheese, onion, brown sugar, enchilada sauce and cilantro.
Cover and refrigerate 6 hours, or until firm.
Bake 6 hours in the preheated oven, until heated through. Serve warm or cool.
